In crock pot:
1 - big can tomato sauce
1 - can Campbells fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 - small can salsa verde (I think I used a jar of La Victoria green salsa verde).
1 - small can green chilies
1 - can chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
4 chicken breasts (can be frozen)
Cook on low 6-8 hours
Remove chicken and shred with fork, return to crock pot
add:
1 - can corn (option: brown corn in a skillet)
1 - can black beans
warm 10-15 minutes
serve with: tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, avocado, sour cream, lime, cheese and tortilla chips
This wasn't very spicy at all but I thought it had a lot of good flavor. It made a ton so I froze a good portion of it for another day. Tom isn't a fan of corn mixed in things so it wasn't his favorite, but I really liked it.
